Central Coast Flag is a values-centered youth league built on the belief that youth sports are the best vehicle for developing character, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Therefore, our core values—Respect, Resilience, Excellence and Team First—guide everything we do, on and off the field.

Our Mission

Central Coast Flag exists to provide a positive, competitive, and well-organized flag football experience where kids can learn, grow, and compete the right way.

We embrace competition. We keep score. We play to win.

But we never lose sight of what matters most—how our athletes compete, how they treat others, and how they respond when things don’t go their way.

Every practice, game, and interaction is an opportunity to teach lessons that extend far beyond the football field.
